70 years ago today was the attack on Pearl Harbor. I wasn't alive 70 years ago and neither were my parents but that day still changed my life. Because of that attack my grandpas went to war.
The above picture is of a flag one of the kindergarteners painted - it was so cute I had to take a picture!

Sarah! Since our dinner in Sacramento I have thought of you often but have been very "disconnected" from reading blogs on a regular basis and am playing catch up now. I love that you posted this today. A great reminder for all generations to remember what generations before us have given for our freedom. My grandpa was also in WW II.
